Are you a content strategist with a knack for turning words into revenue? We are seeking a Digital Product & eCommerce Content Strategist to own the content strategy and writing for our enterprise-level web, mobile, and commerce portals. This is an opportunity to directly impact user experience and drive business growth through compelling, data-driven content.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key player in scaling product content across multiple brands and markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Strategy: Setting the content strategy for product-listing and product-detail pages (PLP/PDP), category pages, and navigation. You will define voice and messaging frameworks to increase click-through rates and conversions.
  • Writing for Impact: Writing and editing at scale, creating persuasive headlines, benefit-led bullets, and microcopy that guides users and drives sales.
  • Optimizing Content: Partnering with optimization and analytics teams to run A/B and multivariate tests, using insights to iterate content for measurable lifts.
  • Collaborating: Working daily with UX, SEO, Design, and Engineering to ensure content is delivered on time for sprints and release trains.

What You’re Bringing

We are looking for a mid-level professional with a proven track record in enterprise-level content.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in content strategy and product content writing for enterprise-scale web, mobile, and/or commerce portals.
  • Skills: Demonstrable skills in information architecture, structured content, and persuasive, conversion-oriented writing.
  • Knowledge: A strong grasp of SEO for commerce and experience collaborating in Agile product teams. You should be able to present content rationale using data and customer insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with enterprise CMS and marketing stacks, ideally with a background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.

Bonus points if you have experience with large product catalogs, multi-locale content operations, and familiarity with accessibility standards.
