What You’ll Be Doing

• Incident and Support Management: You’ll monitor work queues and provide technical support for complex incidents, acting as an emergency contact for critical issues.
• Operational Leadership: You’ll drive service delivery, apply standardized service management, and ensure a smooth operational workflow, including shift handovers.
• Team Development: You’ll coach and mentor engineering teams, providing technical expertise and implementing training initiatives to build high-performing teams.
• Process Improvement: You’ll proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization, working with dedicated teams to streamline routine tasks.
• Client Engagement: You’ll engage directly with clients on technical operations and provide operational support post-handover.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
• An ITIL certification.
• Solid experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing continuous service improvement initiatives and organizational change management.
• Experience in domain towers like Network, Cloud, Security, or Data Center.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
