TRACKER is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Randburg, Gauteng, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is a vital part of our Johannesburg Sales Department, providing essential sales support and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for clients, brokers, dealers, and sales consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales contracts and ensuring accurate data capture for lead and pricing sources.
• Following up on contract loading and scheduling of fitments.
• Managing and resolving all incoming queries by liaising with relevant departments.
• Providing key performance statistics to sales consultants and partners.
• Assisting with incoming calls and providing comprehensive service to both new and existing clients.
• Issuing insurance certificates.
• Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including head office staff.
• Upholding the best interests of both the company and our customers at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12)
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Advantageous: Previous experience in the logistics or financial services industries is a plus.
