Position: Customer Service Officer

Purpose
To ensure a smooth flow of accurate information between the Distribution Centre and stores by communicating order statuses, estimated time of arrivals (ETA), and resolving store queries efficiently and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) – essential.
• A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in warehousing or a similar environment.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all store orders, including Jab orders.
• Maintain daily communication with store managers and regional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle and resolve help desk queries promptly and professionally.
• Implement and monitor effective pallet control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
