Why You’re Essential: The Heart of Customer Experience

We’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and as a Customer Service Host, you are key to that mission. You’ll be the primary point of contact, supporting our high-quality service delivery within the contact center.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Multimedia Engagement: Providing world-class customer service by responding to queries across all channels, including telephone, email, and live online chats.
  • Problem Solving: Taking full ownership and responsibility for customer-related queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and processing necessary information into our databases.
  • Relationship Building: Actively building and managing customer relationships, which includes cross-selling products and services when appropriate.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhering to your schedule with excellent time management, completing all assigned tasks, and processing and resolving incoming and outgoing contacts in our multimedia environment.

What You Need to Win This Role

We need focused, adaptable individuals ready to embrace our 24/7 shift environment.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication is a must. You must be able to handle complex interactions clearly and effectively.
  • Experience or Education: You need Matric with 2+ years of customer service experience, or a completed Degree/Diploma with no experience required.
  • Adaptability & Detail: You must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
  • Logistics: You must be available to work 24/7 shifts and have reliable transport to our Cape Town office.

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and industry regulations.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Expertise in managing multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
