What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers’ deposit-related queries and needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing Transactions: Accurately allocating deposits to customer accounts and processing branch withdrawal requests.
• Resolving Queries: Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues across various platforms, using strong security checks to ensure a safe experience.
• Problem-Solving: Investigating and resolving account discrepancies by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring Quality: Achieving quality assurance targets and implementing interventions to improve your performance and customer service standards.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on a new challenge in a vibrant and fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of contact center experience.
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional administration skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of betting types and platforms is a bonus, as is a degree or diploma in a related field.
