What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. Your main goal is to deliver excellent service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting the overall efficiency of our Customer Services Centre.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: You will respond to all customer service matters, complaints, and requests with accuracy and a courteous attitude.
• Process Improvement: You’ll help maintain and improve our service processes by adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Risk Management: You’ll ensure that all your activities comply with our risk and compliance policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders to stay on top of their needs.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and committed to their own professional growth. You must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and have a strong desire to deliver the best possible customer experience.
