The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the heart of our service delivery, providing helpful and high-quality assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Giving advice to prospective customers on our Umsuka products and addressing all client queries promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Process Management: Ensuring applications are processed efficiently and contracts are submitted on time for payments.
  • Compliance: Upholding a strict adherence to the requirements of the National Credit Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and all other related compliance laws.
  • Customer Support: Providing general customer service and assistance to our Umsuka Wemali finance clients, both before and after their needs are met.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for an entry-level professional with a knack for service and a desire to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Grade 12 or a National Certificate in Customer Service.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment. Experience in a credit lending environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and a self-motivated, adaptable attitude.
  • Bilingualism is a key skill for this role.
