This isn’t your average customer service job. At BCE, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing the entire customer journey from order entry to final delivery. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with both our customers and your colleagues, ensuring every interaction is a success.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the Full Order Lifecycle: Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions from start to finish.
  • Be the Go-To Contact: Handle all customer inquiries, from order status updates to general questions, with professionalism and precision.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong, positive connections with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Champion Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to proactively resolve customer queries and concerns, even under pressure.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in and make a difference. If you have a Grade 12/Matric equivalent and experience in a customer service or call center environment, you’re already at an advantage.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and are a great listener.
  • Attention to Detail: Your data capture is accurate, and you take pride in managing customer expectations.
  • A Proactive Mindset: You’re a self-starter who shows initiative, excels under pressure, and consistently delivers quality service.
  • A Team-Oriented Approach: You thrive in a collaborative environment and believe in the power of teamwork.
  • PC Proficiency: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of SAP (a distinct advantage).
