Huntswood is looking for a driven and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. We are seeking an individual with a passion for providing exceptional service and a knack for problem-solving. This is a permanent, mid-senior level position.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues using effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Handling escalated calls and complaints in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to find resolutions for complex issues.
  • Building rapport and connecting with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
  • Knowledge of various products or services.
  • An adaptive approach to new situations and challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.
