About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client relationships and supporting our sales and service teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Database Management: Maintain a complete and accurate client database by regularly updating records and ensuring all information is current.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide administration services to a defined portfolio of clients, maintaining regular telephonic contact to build relationships and promote new service offerings.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Capture client information, extract service data for sales teams, and prepare index reports and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Accurately file client contracts and conduct telesales activities for specific client categories.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Post Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service Management, Customer Relationship Marketing, Sales, or Marketing Management. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of solid experience in a customer service, retail, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
  • Prior experience with capturing orders onto a database system is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language and excellent Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented approach to your work.
