What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Creditors Clerk, you’ll be responsible for a range of critical tasks that keep our financial operations running smoothly. Your duties will include:

• Invoice Processing & Filing: Accurately processing invoices and maintaining a well-organized filing system.
• Reconciliations: Ensuring that our records match those of our suppliers.
• Supplier Relations: Following up with suppliers and branches to resolve any issues.
• Payment Processing: Assisting with the timely and accurate processing of payments.
• General Administration: Handling a variety of office duties to support the finance team.

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual who is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects.
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a definite advantage.
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
