Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth? We’re on the lookout for a talented Corporate Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate and deepen relationships with our Corporate Card clients, helping to enhance their experience and boost Nedbank’s revenue and market share.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Corporate Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our Card Payment Solutions, working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Opportunities: You’ll engage with clients to understand their financial profiles and the Corporate Card needs of their employees.
  • Recommending Solutions: By analyzing client information, you’ll match their needs with Nedbank’s offerings and present compelling solutions.
  • Building Trust: You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key individuals in client organizations through consultations and regular contact.
  • Monitoring Performance: You’ll monitor key metrics like spend, attrition, and profitability, taking corrective action as needed to meet targets.
  • Staying Informed: You will keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes to ensure your advice is always current and compliant.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

We’re looking for someone who is not only great with people but also possesses the technical skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in relationship management.
  • Experience in representing a brand and generating revenue.
  • The ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations.
  • A Diploma or Degree at NQF 5 or 6 in a financial or business field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and building trusting relationships.
