About the Role
Concentrix is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and implement process optimization initiatives within our dynamic operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about driving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all workstreams.
You’ll play a key part in transforming operations by identifying opportunities, introducing lasting improvements, and influencing strategic direction through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process and policy enhancements to improve customer experience.
- Drive efficiency and performance improvement initiatives across departments.
- Ensure consistent application of best practices to deliver world-class operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies that exceed operational objectives, maximize revenue, and support business growth.
- Oversee change control and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Communicate key business updates across campaigns and management teams.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regional teams to align strategic plans and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Operations Manager role.
- Proven background in Customer Experience (CX) and Continuous Improvement (CI).
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience designing and executing operational strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Track record of delivering successful improvement programs and embedding lasting change.
