About the Role

TWK Agri is hiring a Cashier within the Trade Division at Bethal, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in payments, and maintaining a friendly and organized checkout experience.

This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability in handling money, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive payment by cash or card, issue receipts, and give correct change.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare reports of daily transactions.
• Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Wrap, bag, and box merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Stock shelves, mark prices, and assist with stock takes.
• Record and tabulate bills using cash registers or scanners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Matric / Grade 12.
• Experience: Previous cashier experience required.
• Skills:
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to work accurately with cash.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
