This is an Entry Level, Permanent opportunity to become the face of our retail brand! We are looking for someone who can efficiently administer and control all cash and card transactions and deliver exceptional service, supporting the foundation of the agribusiness of the future.

Your Daily Mission: Speed, Service, and Accuracy

We need someone who can manage the front line, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, accurate, and positive.

Your core duties will include:

• Paypoint Sales & Service: Handling all paypoint sales and providing excellent client service to every customer.
• Transaction Control: Accurately processing receipts from customers for both cash and card transactions, including the necessary back-office tasks and allocations.
• Daily Banking: Ensuring the daily banking of all cheques and cash is completed with precision and honesty.
• Problem Solving: Effectively handling conflict and using your computer literacy (Microsoft Office) to solve problems efficiently.

Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or NQF 4.
• Skills: You must be highly numerate and computer literate in Microsoft Office.
