TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture, is seeking a Cashier to join our Winterton Retail team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a smooth store operation.

About the Role

As a Cashier, you will manage all customer transactions efficiently and accurately. You will process payments, handle cash, issue receipts and change, and maintain a clean and orderly checkout area. Additionally, you will support general store duties, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and conducting stock takes.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Process cash, card, and other payments accurately.
• Compute and record transactions; maintain balance sheets.
• Bag, box, wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment.
• Count money at the start of shifts and ensure adequate change.
• Sort, count, and wrap notes and coins.
• Stock shelves, mark prices, and assist with stock takes.
• Keep checkout areas clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Previous cashier experience
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle money accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
