We’re not just a pharmacy—we’re a place where customers come for quality products and a world-class shopping experience. As a cashier, you are the final point of contact and play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Do

As a cashier, you’ll be the face of our front line. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing Transactions: Accurately handling all forms of payment, from cash and cards to vouchers and loyalty points.
• Customer Service: Building professional relationships with customers and addressing their needs and questions with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Safety and Security: Ensuring all transactions are processed safely and securely, and being vigilant about store security and suspicious behavior.
• Store Operations: Being aware of current promotions, handling returns and exchanges, and working closely with your supervisor to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Loyalty Programs: Assisting customers with our various loyalty programs, including those with partners like Discovery Health Care, Momentum Multiply, and eBucks.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is…

• Experienced: You have at least 6 months of experience in cashier or till operations.
• Numerate and Accurate: You have strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring zero tolerance for inaccuracies.
• Tech-Savvy: You are computer literate and comfortable with operating cash registers and MS Office.
• A Great Communicator: You have a strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A Team Player: You are reliable, accountable, and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest and Trustworthy: You handle cash and confidential information with integrity.
