The Role

As a Cash Solutions Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving the growth and retention of our off-balance sheet cash and liquidity management solutions. This is a full-time role based at the beautiful V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, offering you a unique and inspiring work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term client relationships.
• Client Management: Deliver world-class service, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for assets under management.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of cash and liquidity products, collaborating with internal teams to refine our offerings.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and our internal governance standards.
• Team Leadership: Support a high-performance culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to team goals.

We’re looking for someone who is not only a seasoned professional but also a great fit for our collaborative and dynamic culture. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–8 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment management.
• A proven track record in sales and client relationship management within a cash or liquidity solutions environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• A Treasury Management Diploma or relevant financial certification.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
