Mango5 is looking for a Call Centre Team Manager to lead our Junior Clinical Data Coordinator team. What Does This Role Entail?

As a Team Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Motivation: You’ll lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Junior Clinical Data Coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Performance Management: You’ll monitor performance, provide one-on-one coaching, and implement process improvements to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Problem-Solving: You’ll be the point person for resolving escalated issues and supporting complex recruitment cases, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Communication & Reporting: You’ll prepare and present detailed performance reports, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: You’ll ensure that your team adheres to all client policies, quality standards, and industry regulations within the healthcare and recruitment sectors.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3-4 years of leadership experience in healthcare, recruitment, or call centre settings.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, treatment procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
