What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Service: Action customer queries and correspondence efficiently to prevent backlogs.
• Account Processing: Telephonically verify employment and personal details to support new account applications. You’ll also process store card applications to grow our customer base.
• Documentation & Verification: Review financial documents and communicate with customers to get any missing information needed for their applications.
• Data Management: Update customer details on our systems to ensure our database is accurate and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For

• A Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 1 year of call centre experience, specifically in supporting new or existing customer accounts.
• Knowledge of industry legislation like the National Credit Act and POPI Act.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, open-minded attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
