About the Role
FNB is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and live chat. The role ensures all queries are resolved efficiently, contributing to exceptional customer service and the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions professionally to meet or exceed expectations.
• Resolve queries and complaints promptly, taking ownership of each issue.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Follow operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Adhere to governance, compliance, and service delivery standards.
• Participate in innovation processes to enhance the customer experience.
• Plan and complete assigned work on schedule and to quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and support colleagues where necessary.
• Follow up on pending customer issues to ensure full resolution.
• Place outbound calls to request documentation or provide updates.
• Assist with eBucks queries and customer support related to orders.
• Actively seek feedback and engage in training for performance improvement.
