About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work with large, complex datasets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights that support our strategic priorities. This is a hands-on, technical role that requires strong data skills and the ability to work independently while driving projects from concept to delivery.

Minimum Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Statistics.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent (e.g., data analyst).
• Experience in data analytics, BI methods and tools, data warehousing, and the data life cycle.
• Experience in identifying and solving business challenges using data.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in working with data on cloud platforms, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in building data visualizations using tools like Power BI.
• Experience using SQL to prepare and analyze data.

Knowledge

• Basic experience in using low/no-code AutoML on modeling tools such as Power BI or AWS Sagemaker.
• Knowledge of design thinking and dimensional modeling.
• Knowledge of The Data Product Life Cycle (DPLC).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of data quality and incident management.
• Knowledge and experience with agile project management methodology.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in business analysis in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
