Your Role and Impact
As a Business Development Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. Your role is to build, maintain, and expand relationships with key stakeholders to increase new business opportunities. You’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and the clients who need them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Relationship Building: Establishing productive, professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Sales & Strategy: Developing innovative methods to identify and grow new business opportunities and creating plans to achieve sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Engaging with prospective clients and intermediaries to understand their financial needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams to translate client requirements into tailored products and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and a collaborative mindset. We’re looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate business development, client service, marketing, or sales within the financial services industry.
- Strong sales experience and a deep understanding of financial products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
