This is a unique opportunity to become a key player in driving the growth of our Investment and Insurance business. You’ll work alongside Private Advisors, taking the lead on strategic initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring our portfolio’s key objectives are met.

What Does This Role Look Like?

As a Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to identify new leads, support impactful campaigns, and build strong relationships within your assigned regions. You’ll be the go-to person for escalations, a master of campaign management, and a strategic partner in helping us achieve our financial targets.

This role is for someone who can:

• Strategize and execute: You’ll create and implement a tactical budget, analyze financial forecasts, and develop plans to close gaps and meet targets.
• Build relationships: You’ll forge strong connections that encourage collaboration, share knowledge, and foster a sense of teamwork.
• Innovate and coach: You’ll help upskill and coach frontline advisors, empowering them to provide exceptional customer service and effectively upsell clients.
• Stay ahead of the curve: You’ll maintain expert knowledge of legislative changes and industry best practices to provide the best advice to stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for a candidate with a degree or an NQF Level qualification and at least 2-3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager sales role. You should also have experience in both Investment and Long-Term Insurance, with a plus if you have a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.
