Your Mission: Drive Innovation from Within

We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Technology Services division and help our Service Management team tackle complex IT and service initiatives. You’ll be a critical player in maintaining and enhancing our systems, ensuring seamless collaboration, and leading projects to successful completion.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead Requirements Gathering: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for our IT and service management projects.
• Optimize Processes: Design and refine end-to-end process flows to improve operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with development and system analyst teams, using your business acumen to influence technical solutions.
• Own the Outcome: Take ownership of test case creation and ensure user acceptance, managing requirements from prioritization through to delivery.
• Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BAs and technical team members, fostering growth and expertise within the team.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within a fast-paced IT or financial services environment. We need a professional who can hit the ground running, has a solid understanding of both business and technical aspects, and is committed to continuous improvement.

Skills and experience we value:

• Proven track record in IT, service desk, or financial environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in business process optimization, requirements solicitation, and test case management.
• A project management background is a major plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
