About the Role
As a Broker Account Manager (BAM), you’ll take charge of growing Old Mutual’s presence in your area by building strong relationships with brokers and driving business development.
This role gives you the freedom of entrepreneurship with the support and stability of a major financial institution. It’s ideal for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in sales and have a strong desire to succeed.
The BAM role involves:
- Marketing and selling Old Mutual products through intermediaries.
- Building and maintaining broker relationships to maximise submissions and business retention.
- Expanding Old Mutual’s market share through active engagement and performance excellence.
Role Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry (financial planning and/or marketing).
- A 3-year degree or diploma will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence and own transport are required.
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis.
