🛒 About the Role

As a Junior Branch Marketer, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales and marketing efforts in the branch. You’ll help ensure products are available and well-marketed, support customers with their agricultural needs, and manage stock efficiently to meet demand.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone eager to grow in agricultural retail and make a difference in a community-focused environment.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Matric / Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
• Prior experience in an agriculture retail environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of irrigation systems or electrical equipment will be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team player mindset
• Willingness to learn and undergo continuous training

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Managing stock control and ensuring consistent product availability
• Placing and tracking stock orders
• Assisting with the marketing of agricultural commodities
• Providing high-level customer service in-person, via phone, and email
• Performing other ad hoc duties as required
