What We’re Looking For

We need a proactive team player who can effectively market and sell agricultural products to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing world-class service.

To be a good fit, you should have:

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 qualification.
• A solid orientation toward marketing and client service.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Practical knowledge of animal health products and additives is essential.
• A clear criminal record.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Branch Marketer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to the success of our branch. You’ll be on the front lines, ensuring our customers get the products they need and the service they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales and Marketing: Actively market and sell merchandise to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stock Management: Take ownership of stock control and orders to ensure products are always available for our clients.
• Customer Service: Provide high-standard customer service to walk-in clients, as well as via phone and email.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean and tidy working space, and merchandise stock to ensure it’s well-presented.
• Problem-Solving: Efficiently handle customer queries and problems within your set mandate.
