As the Bookkeeper and Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the crucial link between finance and logistics — ensuring every transaction, item, and report aligns perfectly.

You’ll manage day-to-day inventory control, stock reconciliations, and financial accuracy, while leading warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and precision.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory in Cin7, including labelling, tracking, and reconciling stock.
• Oversee warehouse staff and collaborate with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch, wholesale orders, and returns.
• Reconcile stock across Cin7, Xero, and Shopify, ensuring alignment with Finance.
• Handle inventory bookkeeping, manage clearance sales, and minimize waste.
• Prepare for the transition of logistics and dispatch operations in-house.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma required; Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Cin7, Sage) is a strong advantage.

💰 Salary

• R15,000 – R23,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
