Are you an expert in process mining with a passion for driving digital transformation? Weir is looking for a proactive Automation Consultant – Process Mining to join our Intelligent Automation team. This is a pivotal, remote role where you’ll play a key part in identifying, designing, and delivering automation solutions that will enhance efficiency and innovation across our global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a lead consultant, you will be at the forefront of our process mining initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the deployment of process mining tools like Celonis and UiPath across various ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Establishing secure data connections using APIs and other integration methods to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
• Conducting data analysis and validation sessions with business teams.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for process models, data flows, and automation logic.
• Leading project workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating insights into actionable outcomes. Your role is hands-on and requires a collaborative mindset to guide teams through the “what, why, and how” of process transformation.
