Position: Aspiring Financial Adviser

We are seeking self-motivated, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals to join one of Africa’s leading insurance and financial services organizations.

Role Overview

As an Aspiring Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in championing our valued customers’ financial success. You will identify client financial needs, offer expert advice, and recommend and implement personalized financial plans and solutions designed to secure their futures.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity.
• Identify and analyze customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide professional, “fit-for-purpose” financial advice and plans to help clients reach their life goals.
• Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, client engagement, and opportunity identification.
• Uphold Old Mutual’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service excellence.
