As an Area Manager, you will be the key to our regional success. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

• Strategic Growth: You’ll develop and implement plans to achieve growth targets and review branch locations to ensure maximum returns.
• Financial Management: You’ll manage budgets, scrutinize regional costs, and report on performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• People Leadership: You will ensure your branches operate optimally through sound people management. This includes overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
• Branch Operations: You’ll conduct regular branch visits to ensure facilities are well-maintained, neat, and compliant with all legislative requirements and Hollywoodbets standards.
• Customer Experience: You will ensure a superior customer experience by proactively addressing complaints and building strong relationships with regular customers.
