What You’ll Do for the Brand
As an Area Manager, you will be the key to our regional success. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
- Strategic Growth: You’ll develop and implement plans to achieve growth targets and review branch locations to ensure maximum returns.
- Financial Management: You’ll manage budgets, scrutinize regional costs, and report on performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- People Leadership: You will ensure your branches operate optimally through sound people management. This includes overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management.
- Branch Operations: You’ll conduct regular branch visits to ensure facilities are well-maintained, neat, and compliant with all legislative requirements and Hollywoodbets standards.
- Customer Experience: You will ensure a superior customer experience by proactively addressing complaints and building strong relationships with regular customers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re looking for a candidate who is not only a great manager but also a strategic thinker and problem-solver.
- Management Experience: You must have management experience and a valid driver’s license. A relevant degree or diploma is a bonus.
- Financial Acumen: You should demonstrate good financial management skills and the ability to identify irregularities and trends.
- People Skills: Excellent people management and communication skills are essential for leading and motivating your team.
- Problem-Solving: You must be able to identify, analyze, and solve problems, delivering results even when faced with obstacles.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-oriented approach is crucial for building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
