About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our NTK Retail team in Lephalale. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery at branch level. You’ll serve as the administrative anchor of the branch, managing financial controls, supporting staff, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and in line with VKB’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify internal controls around inventory, claims, returns, and shipments.
- Reconcile financial transactions and ensure compliance with VKB policies and legal standards.
- Conduct inventory surveys, resolve audit findings, and implement corrective measures.
- Drive high administrative standards through inspections and monthly risk reporting.
- Oversee administrative functions including petty cash, bank reconciliations, vouchers, and stock claims.
- Provide guidance and support to retail staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Audit, and Procurement departments for smooth operations.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative management role.
- Experience within the agricultural industry is advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
- Solid numerical, analytical, and reconciliation abilities.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English preferred.
