What You’ll Be Doing

As the Admin Clerk, you’ll be a key part of our team, providing essential administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Financial Administration: Processing purchase orders, handling invoices, and managing banking and sales reconciliations.
• Stock Management: Overseeing the receiving of stock to ensure accurate records.
• Reporting: Preparing and capturing reports, as well as summarizing key data.
• General Office Duties: Handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and reliable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

• A Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
