What You’ll Do

As an Acquisition Banker, your primary goal is to drive growth by acquiring new primary clients. This isn’t just a sales role; it’s about strategic relationship-building and expert financial guidance.

• You’ll be a Hunter: Your days will be spent sourcing new leads, creating a contact plan, and following through to secure new accounts. You’ll use your networking and communication skills to build relationships and identify potential clients.
• You’ll be a Strategist: You’ll analyze client needs, offer tailored banking solutions, and maximize profitability by cross-selling and ensuring all their banking needs are met. This involves a deep understanding of our products and services.
• You’ll be a Partner: You’ll build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing accurate advice and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your ability to provide excellent service and manage expectations will be key to retaining clients.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of acquiring new accounts in a private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth environment. You should have a degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Investments and have passed the FAIS Regulatory Examination 5.
