We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to our overall success. This is a permanent position for a mid-senior level professional who is ready to make a significant impact.
Your Mission: Manage, Grow, and Exceed
As an Account Manager, your primary goal is to manage and expand our key client accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning, relationship building, and hands-on sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within your accounts.
- Client Needs Analysis: Dive deep into your clients’ needs to understand their challenges and tailor our products and services to provide effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate and close agreements to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has a qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing and a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Account Manager. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and has a deep understanding of sales methodologies.
You should have:
- Advanced Sales Techniques: Proficiency in consultative and solution-based selling.
- CRM Systems: Experience using CRM software to track client interactions and analyze sales data.
- Product Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of IT products and how they can solve client needs.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and revenue generation.
- Excellent Communication: Mastery of negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
