Requirement:

1. Tender / Bidding experience; be familiar with the operation of the Government bidding system NEST;
2. Education background: Diploma/Bachelor degree or above.

-Experience not less than 2 yr

– Good in communication

3. Familiar with construction Materials
4. Fast learning ability.
5. Familiar with products promotion online platform;
6. Skill of video shooting & edit.

• She/he will be responsible on providing product information to the customers,maintain records and interactions, responding to customer inquiries.
• Finance Manager
• Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and oversee accounting policies, financial systems, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, receivables, payroll, bank reconciliations, and statutory payments.
• Prepare financial management reports, financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support contract negotiations, capital investments, pricing decisions, and performance evaluations.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the retail.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial/accounting software systems.
