Job Purpose: Stability in smooth-functioning of the sales activities in branch; Proper and well-informed knowledge on all company’s loan products and assistance in resolving customer queries.

Main Responsibilities: * Support recruitment of sales agents to ensure achievement of sales targets and team retention.

• Conduct loan appraisals in line with credit and compliance policies while supporting loan recovery.
• Manage branch assets and inventory, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance by implementing strategies for new and repeat business growth.
• Cross-sell loan products and assist in converting leads from various channels.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit, customer service, collection and compliance policy.

Minimum Qualifications: * At least a Diploma in any business-related discipline from a recognized institution.

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing financial institutions in Tanzania.
• Understanding, dynamics and knowledge of the financial industry.
• Ability to deliver as a team and as an individual.
