Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations across our hospitality and real estate properties. This role ensures the protection of guests, residents, employees, and assets by implementing comprehensive security strategies and leading a team of security personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hotel, resort,
and residential property operations.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Develop and enforce site-specific security policies and procedures tailored to hotel and residential environments.
• Manage and schedule security teams for 24/7 coverage across properties.
• Oversee access control systems, visitor management, and surveillance operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.
• Lead emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, and crisis management planning.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and guest/resident concerns.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and property management as needed.
• Maintain security logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Job Requirements
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Hospitality
Management, or a related field (preferred).
o Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Language Skills:
o Proficiency in English language
• Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in a security leadership role, ideally in hospitality or residential real estate.
• Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of security protocols, threat assessment, and emergency response planning.
o Experience with security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms).
o Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
o Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
o Cybersecurity awareness.
o Strong knowledge of hotel/residential safety standards and security technologies.
• Soft Skills:
