Position Summary

The Pharmacist will ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary at Clicks Hibiscus Mall. The role focuses on delivering professional pharmaceutical care, achieving sales and compliance targets, and contributing to the overall success and competitive advantage of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing, generic substitution, and professional advice in line with SAPC regulations and Clicks’ procedures.
• Manage dispensary operations efficiently, including stock control, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administrative tasks.
• Focus on achieving dispensary and clinic targets to ensure operational viability.
• Oversee training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns in accordance with SAPC requirements.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance the dispensary experience, increase customer loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with the clinic and healthcare aisle to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions to customers.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by upholding company values.

Minimum Requirements

• Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC
• Desirable: Retail pharmacy experience
• Desirable: Experience with Unisolve pharmacy system
