Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar and promotional schedules

Campaign Execution

• Support digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEO, and website updates
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to keep projects moving efficiently
• Assist with content creation such as social media posts, email drafts, and landing pages, ensuring quality control

Performance Monitoring

• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Monitor project progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines as needed

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with marketing best practices and propose new ideas for optimization

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organizational and project management skills, experience using Asana
• Understanding of marketing campaigns, digital channels, and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working fully remote

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles
• Proven ability to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or graphic design tools
• Experience in healthcare or eye care is a plus
