Job Summary

The Integrated Channels Bulk Cash Device team within PPB Tech is seeking a Specialist Product Engineer experienced in C# development, ATM, and Self-Service technology. The ideal candidate will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver high-performing, scalable, and well-documented enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking and problem-solving skills in an agile team environment to deliver high-quality technical solutions (Front End, Back End, or Middleware).
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support.
• Produce optimized, organized, and well-documented source code.
• Ensure all solutions support self-service, repeatability, scalability, testability, and resilience.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools for multi-site environments.
• Automate processes through scripting and other appropriate tools.
• Debug and refine existing code while improving performance and stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical products and services.
• Ensure adherence to Group Architecture and Infrastructure guidelines.
• Contribute to planning, risk management, testing, and release processes.
• Conduct performance monitoring, reviews, and maintenance of applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development practices.

Risk & Governance

• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update application documentation aligned with organizational standards.
• Participate in incident management and disaster recovery activities.

People

• Conduct peer reviews, testing, and collaborative problem-solving within and across teams.
• Support user adoption by assisting in the creation of customer, employee, and third-party materials.

Critical Skills & Experience

• ATM and Cash Device experience
• EMV and XFS development experience
• Strong C# development skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex device logs

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
