About the Role
Meltwater is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (French & Spanish Speaking) to join our dynamic Premium Support team in Cape Town. In this role, you’ll be responsible for enhancing the client experience by managing enterprise accounts, addressing client needs, and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Program Manager and Sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met while promoting innovation and best practices across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Respond to client requests and delegate tasks to Managed Services or Product Support where appropriate
• Oversee the completion of each client’s scope of work
• Develop detailed “blueprints” for searches and dashboards to meet complex client needs
• Monitor enterprise support usage and report on key themes or issues to the Program Manager and Customer Success Manager
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve enterprise support offerings
• Support operational tasks related to software and service delivery
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and align stakeholders on project scope and delivery

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (in any field) and at least 1 year of B2B client support experience, preferably within the SaaS industry
• Knowledge of one or more business domains: Retail, Consumer Goods, Government, Communications, Media, Tech, Health, Life Sciences, Financial, or Agency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and Spanish
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations
• Proficiency in Boolean logic and data structuring
• Strong collaboration skills and a client-centric mindset
• Legal eligibility to work in South Africa
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office weekly at the V&A Waterfront)
