About the Role
FNB is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate processing of transactions. This role is key in maintaining financial integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile and clear suspense accounts.
• Identify, control, and escalate potential risks to prevent increased costs.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with business policies and legislative accounting standards.
• Upload financial journal entries to the General Ledger (G/L) and maintain accounts payable.
• Manage payments and reconciliations for accounts such as credit cards and mobile accounts.
• Support data capturing, workflow queries, and reporting.
• Perform BEE reporting and maintain fixed assets register.
• Support development of resources by ensuring alignment with company policies and budget parameters.
• Continuously develop competencies to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• NQF5 Banking qualification or equivalent with Matric.
• 1–3 years’ experience in financial systems and accounting.
• Experience in payment handling and account reconciliation.
