About the Role
FNB is looking for a Project Manager to drive business change and deliver value through the structured implementation of projects within time, resource, budget, and scope constraints. This role is central to ensuring projects are executed effectively while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans in collaboration with team members and leadership.
  • Create tactical strategies and delivery plans aligned with functional objectives.
  • Compile reports to track progress and guide informed business decisions.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to support innovative, integrated solutions.
  • Advise on appropriate change strategies to support overall business goals.
  • Implement risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage teams to achieve performance targets and human capital objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Demonstrate leadership through commitment, involvement, and alignment with organisational values.

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate degree or diploma (minimum).
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Subject-matter expertise in relevant function/field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver customer-focused solutions, systems, and interactions.
  • Experience in budgeting, monitoring effectiveness, and reporting variances.
  • Strong skills in integrated programme planning, resource identification, risk management, and execution.
