A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Provincial Manager – Cape Town to lead and grow its insurance portfolio in the province. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s insurance products, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing both new and existing business opportunities.
Minimum Education and Experience
- B Degree in Commerce or a relevant Insurance qualification
- Eligible to be appointed as a Representative in line with FAIS requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in business development
- Strong background in operations and service management
- Proven stakeholder management and sales leadership experience
Critical Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent financial and business acumen
