Customer Experience Partner

About the Role
Sanofi is looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Partner (CXP) to drive business performance and enhance the customer journey for our Immunology and Respiratory Portfolio. This role plays a key part in implementing Sanofi’s strategic objectives — combining science, innovation, and customer-centric engagement to deliver better health outcomes.

Key Purpose
You will be autonomously accountable for business performance within your territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while delivering meaningful and impactful engagement with healthcare professionals. This includes implementing Sanofi’s strategy, leveraging digital tools, and championing the company’s “Play to Win” mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Management

  • Execute the Customer Journey & Experience strategy within your area or squad.
  • Build strong partnerships with key specialists to increase prescription and adoption of Sanofi’s portfolio.
  • Customize customer engagement using persona-based planning.
  • Monitor and optimize the customer journey through cross-functional collaboration with HQ teams.

Performance and Business Acumen

  • Achieve individual sales and activity targets.
  • Contribute to overall squad performance.
  • Gather and report up-to-date market intelligence, competitive activities, and account insights.

Product Value Promotion

  • Deliver and adapt product messaging to align with customer needs.
  • Differentiate Sanofi’s products through deep understanding of medical conditions and effective use of digital tools.
  • Support the positioning and growth of Sanofi brands in your market.

Access and Growth

  • Expand access to Sanofi’s products by identifying new business opportunities and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PHI, UHI, HNI, OSF) to drive growth.
  • Anticipate market shifts and communicate emerging risks or opportunities.

Team Collaboration

  • Contribute to the squad’s collective goals and initiatives.
  • Share best practices and support colleagues’ development.
  • Build networks across and beyond the team to foster collaboration and learning.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

  • Comply with all HSE regulations, procedures, and safety programs.
  • Report any incidents, risks, or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Participate in HSE training and promote responsible safety practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in a medical or scientific field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market operations and customer field transformation.
  • Skilled in using digital engagement tools and data-driven customer planning.
