Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily morning cash counts and ensure safe openings are done with the team leader.
• Perform full compliance audits during the first visit of each month.
• Complete selected compliance and paperwork audits daily.
• Ensure paperwork and reconciliations are not outstanding for more than 14 days unless approved by management.
• Perform daily stock and fixed asset counts.
• Reconcile un-scanned and cancelled tickets at branch level within the required timeframe.
• Report daily findings and observations to management.
• Conduct draw checks for Bet Games and SYX clerks.
• Identify and report poor branch management, critical risks, and potential issues affecting business objectives.
• Assist branches in resolving queries and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Submit daily timesheets and reports.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
• Work independently and travel extensively as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (advantageous).
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
