Job Description
Core Group (iStore) is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller and the definitive home for everything Apple. With a retail and online footprint spanning over 30 stores across Africa, we offer expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, as well as comprehensive Business, Education, training, and technical support services.
We are seeking Technical Support Consultants to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (4 or 5 days a week) at our iStore Canal Walk location.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude combined with exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for serving as the primary technical point of contact for iStore customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and high-quality technical support to iStore customers.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services to effectively resolve hardware and software issues across the Apple product ecosystem.
- Offer software support and guidance to customers.
- Deliver product training and assistance to customers as required, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Matric (High School Diploma) and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+).
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk or 1st Line Support role.
- Demonstrable expertise in Apple products is highly advantageous.
